01In short
You can request deletion of your PrintSpot account at any time. Requests are made by email to contact@printspot.app. Once processed, your personal data is erased and your account is closed; only certain transaction records are retained, in anonymised form, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
02Before you request
To protect ongoing operations, deletion is only possible when your account is "at rest":
- No orders in progress — neither as a customer nor, for a seller, on your shops. Wait until they are completed or cancelled.
- A zero wallet balance — if your wallet is not empty, make a withdrawal first.
If these conditions are not met, we will let you know so you can resolve them before deletion.
03How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@printspot.app including:
- the subject “Account deletion”;
- the phone number associated with your PrintSpot account (it is your identifier and lets us find the account).
We acknowledge your request and may ask for a simple verification to make sure it comes from the account holder before any deletion.
04Data that is deleted
The personal data that identifies you is erased:
- first name, last name, email address, phone number;
- profile photo and, where applicable, ID document (national ID);
- date and place of birth, city, district, institution;
- technical notification (push token) and session identifiers.
Your account is closed: you can no longer sign in. Any shops you managed are deactivated and removed from public view.
05Data retained and durations
Certain order and payment records are retained, but anonymised: they are no longer linked to data that could identify you. This retention serves two needs:
- our legal and accounting obligations (transaction records);
- preserving the history for the other party to the transaction (the shop or customer involved), who keeps their own right to those records.
These anonymised records are kept for as long as applicable regulations require, then deleted. For per-category retention details, see our Privacy Policy.
06Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt (and of any verification). You receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
